Shaman King is the awesome awesome story about this awesome duded called Asakura Yoh. YOH IS SUCH A DUDE. I cannot express this enough! In the usual way of main characters from Shounen serieses, he's the type of person who changes peepol (lol original) but actually it's because he's awesome. Anyway, Yoh is a dude, and he can see ghosts and shiz, and he's a SHAMAN and is looking for spirit allies to integrate with him. And he finds this awesome SAMURAI who was called a fiend because he mowed down a HUEG group of people because he was waiting for his best mate to bring him some awesome sword. COURSE THEY BOTH DIED and it was all great, and then lots of things happened.

ANYWAY, it's really unusual and original, bizarrely enough. Anna is the greatest woman in history (PURE EVIL!! I aspire to be like dearest Anna) There's a huge amount of weird people like fabulous Faust, and pointy pointy Ren, there's hotchix like Jun, and totally hawt evilish but whoknows guys like HAO. TWINCEST!!

Maybe I shall go on an image-spam mission and shut up now. HAO!!!

I think that came out in the states when I was there a few years ago.  There were posters in places like Barnes & Noble anyway!

It looked good, but I didn't have coinage to spend at the time on the manga!

Its a special manga, even has a wierd round looking little dude to make it all seem friendly and less morbid, btw it is uber morbid, but sill awesome and occasionally cheesy which is never a bad thing in moderation

The dub is currently being shown on Jetix. Anime seems to be getting a lot of showings at the moment.
